Das gesamte Paket war super. Man erhielt eine entsprechende Einweisung zu den Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Unser Guide Tom war super nett und hat die Fahrt lustig und aufregend gestaltet. Obwohl viele Kids an Bord waren, wurde die Fahrt ein voller Erfolg und jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Es gab ein paar Überraschungen und im Nachhinein ein tolles Fotopaket. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Ein absolut geniales Erlebnis! Die Tour war perfekt organisiert – von der Begrüßung bis zur Rückfahrt. Die Guides waren super freundlich, professionell und haben sich toll um Sicherheit und Stimmung gekümmert. Die Strecke bot genau die richtige Mischung aus Action, Spaß und Naturerlebnis. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und kann einfach loslassen und genießen. Wir hatten richtig viel Spaß und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Abenteuer und Adrenalin lieben!

War jetzt schon das fünfte mal mit einer Jugend - Volleyball Mannschaft ( Alter 14- 17 Jahre) zum Raften auf der Isel. War bisher immer ein tolles Erlebnis und die Mädels waren jedes mal
begeistert. Wir waren immer auf der Rocknroll Tour unterwegs. Video und Foto haben wir auch jedes mal dazu gebucht. Leider waren die fotos diesmal nicht so spektakulär wie die letzten Male und auch deutlich weniger. Lag sicher daran dass diesmal mehr Boote auf einmal unterwegs waren. Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall eine sehr lohnende Sache. Mit Vyann hatten wir diesmal einen SUPER!! Guide mit an Bord der uns alle sehrvgut unterhalten hat. War super lustig.

The Isel is a very nice and strong river for rafting. As family of 6 we were kept in one boat together. Much appreciated. Our guide Ben did a very good job. He was knowledgeable, responsible, had very good sense of humor and guided the boat to the best places in the river

The rock n’ Roll tour was great fun! I Wish the rock n’ roll part was longer.
We can definitely recommend eddy rafting! Great guides, and everything went smooth.
We would wish that it was possible to buy a few of the pictures instead of ALL Pictures. Doesn’t make sense to pay 25 euro for pictures where you are only in 1/4 of them.

We liked that there was a lot of action on the river. We also had plenty of opportunities to swim in the river along the rafting boat, which is a "refreshing" (as the guides say) and awesome experience! The guides were professional and very welcoming. A very recommendable trip.

tolle Einführung und auch die Tour war super. Alles wurde individuell auf unsere Gruppe (5 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) angepasst und immer mit Spaß und guter Laune verbunden.
Die Buchung war online total unkompliziert und als Besitzer der Kärnten Card bekamen wir sogar noch ein bisschen Rabatt.
Wir hatten total viel Spaß und können die Sport Tour für große und kleine Abenteurer auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen :)

Wenn ich etwas zu bemängeln habe, dann das vielleicht 1-2 Personen weniger ins Boot sollten, so das am Ende auf dem gedrehten Video auch alle zu sehen sind und nicht durch Kinder vorn in der Mitte verdeckt werden.
Die Fahrt sowie die Einweisung war Klasse und wir werden es bestimmt irgendwann nochmal machen.

I went on a Rock and Roll trip alone as my travel companion was not fan of white water river rafting. I’m not speaking German very well which also was communicated to the instructors.
To begin with everything was super fun, but as we got along all communication was given on German - though I repeadetely said to the instructors German was not my strong side and I preferred important informations repeated on English. Instructors ignored that message and kept speaking German though not even being their native language.
Eddy Rafting should have used 1-2 minutes more on finding out who spoke German and who did not speak German well, and then make English speaking and German speaking teams.
Nonetheless a good and beautiful trip, however onwards it will not hurt if guides/instructors putting on a more happy face. I am sure it being doable though still being serious about the activity.

Hi Rasmus, thank you for your opinion. We appreciate feedback which can make us better. It is always a challenge with different languages. Our Guide "Grumpy Paul" tries to make the best out of the tour, not always easy to find the right language for some jokes. But thank you again, and we will work on this issue!

During our holiday in Austria we made the decision to go for the rafting Sports Tour. We appreciated the excellent hospitality and kindness of all employees of Eddy Rafting. The persons at the intake, the driver of the bus and of course our boat-captain Marc.
The introduction and safety instrutctions have been explained very clear by Marc. During the rafting all the persons in the boat were a good team. We song Happy Birthday for a Italian boy who has his anniversary that day.
Our daughter of 7 got the best position in the boat. At the front. She took all the water and despite the water was cold she liked it very much. My sons (10, 13, 14 years old) had also a lot of fun. They called the rafting day the best day of our holiday. This tells something about this nice experience (or maybe our other days were too boring ;-) ).

Met mijn zoon van 14 jaar gekozen voor de Rock ‘n Roll Rafting.
De Rock ‘n Roll afdaling begint 3km verder stroomopwaarts en bevat enkele ruigere stroomversnellingen.
De activiteit start met het uitdelen van pakken, waterschoenen, reddingsvesten en helmen. Erna wordt de hele groep naar het startpunt gebracht. Daar liggen de boten op de kant klaar en wordt op de oever door de gids een goede uitleg gegeven. De uitleg kan in het Duits of goed Engels.
De spanning wordt tijdens de veiligheidsinstructies flink opgebouwd, maar de tocht zelf is helemaal niet gevaarlijk. Op de bodem van de boot zitten voor iedere rafter 2 lussen waar je je voeten in kunt steken. Zodoende heb je een heel stevig houvast. Aan de rand van de boot zit ook nog een stevig koord waaraan je je met je handen kunt vasthouden.
Het ‘family rafting’ is ook goed te doen voor kinderen van lagere schoolleeftijd.
De Rock ‘n Roll is voor middelbare schooljeugd geschikt.
Op het laatst is er zelfs nog de mogelijkheid om uit de boot te gaan en aan de rand van de boot ins het wilde water mee te drijven.
Onze gids was Mark en heeft met zijn enthousiasme en humor bijgedragen aan deze onvergetelijke ervaring.
De afdaling wordt geregistreerd door een GoPro. Een medewerker van Eddy Rafting maakt gedurende de tocht haarscherpe actiefoto’s.
Na afloop is er de mogelijkheid om de (zeer vele en haarscherpe actiefoto’s (&25) en video (€15) te kopen. Je krijgt ze op een USB stick mee.
Ik heb besloten de wel te kopen. De foto’s heb ik kunnen delen met de thuisblijvers in Nederland en ik vind het een mooi aandenken aan deze onvergetelijke en spectaculaire belevenis.

Hat Spaß gemacht und wir haben uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Die Tour war gut organisiert. Unser Führer war kompetent und sein trockener Humor hat die Tour zusätzlich bereichert. Es wäre trotzdem gut wenn er auch deutsch sprechen würde, um sicherzustellen dass alles verstanden wurde.

Het was super geregeld. We hebben de sporttour gedaan met onze dochter van 7. Erg goede uitleg een aantal oefeningen om te bekijken of we het hadden begrepen en toen gingen we. Geweldig gelachen en ook onze dochter vond het helemaal geweldig. Na de tour zowel de foto's als de video genomen. Aanrader!

Mi dispiace dare una valutazione negativa, ma non c'è stata da parte vostra attenzione e cura del cliente. Avevo prenotato con un mese di anticipo una escursione Rock and Roll per il 26 agosto, ma la mattina della discesa ho avuto un problema alla macchina e non sono potuto andare al campo base di Ainet. Mi trovavo a circa 200 km di distanza e quindi ho telefonato per chiedere di spostare la discesa al giorno dopo. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile e quindi avrei perso i soldi. Non mi sembra questo il modo migliore per prendersi cura dei clienti. Faccio presente che per fare la discesa in rafting con voi ero venuto da Roma. Spero che prendiate in considerazione la possibilità di spostare il mio biglietto all'anno prossimo. Grazie

I really like the booking process, it was easy and smooth.
what I didn't like is that the customers take the boat from the car to the river. It's so heavy.
Also inflating the boat takes long time. I think the boat should be inflated before you take it to the river. or you buy electric inflator.
I was expecting speed waves and continues rapids. however, it was more "kids rafting" trip.
Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. You guy are awesome! instructions were clear and you warmly welcomed us.

I can say that this experience was one of the main highlights of our holiday in Austria!! At Eddy's rafting we were greeted by very friendly staff and though we had already pre booked our ride we were allowed to upgrade after staff explained that the water on that particular day was very good... something which we don't regret! :-) Our guide Teddy was very professional and patiently explained all the necessary procedures on the bank of the river. Once on the water we had absolutely a great time:-) Our kids aged 11 and 13 can't stop talking about it:-) we truly rocked and rolled !! I highly recommend Eddy Rafting for an unforgettable experience and impeccable service!! Don't go rafting anywhere else Eddy Rafting is simply the best!!!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful first experience of rafting! We were greeted by a jovial team and though we had previously booked for a session we upgraded for the Rock and Roll experience after the team explained that the water was very good on that day! Our guide was very good and professional and explained in detail every eventuality. The rafting ride itself was so much fun and we all enjoyed it loads. The only setback were the photos. I had booked the photos beforehand and once back home was truly disappointed to find out that out of over 100 photos only 23 were of our raft and some of them were individual shots of the other family that shared the raft. we only have 2 photos on the water!! I think this is a huge rip off. I sent my concern to Hans by email and asked him to check for himself but I didn't get a reply. So i would recommend Eddy rafting but don't buy the photos!!!

Einweisung, Organisation waren top. Preis-Leistung stimmen meines Erachtens auch. Das Bilder/Videopaket sind für mich etwas überteuert, starre Kamera auf Boot für Video und diversen Bildstationen mit leider nur einigen brauchbaren Bildern. Die Tour stellte ich mir rasanter vor. War im Boot nicht so schlimm als gedacht. Alles in allem ein schöner Nachmittag mit tollen Organisatioren.

Leider gibt es von unserer Gruppe kein Gesamtbild am Start oder Ende, wie es in der anderen Gruppe gemacht wurde.
Deshalb würde ich die Fotos beim nächsten Mal nicht vorher mit buchen, sondern erst vor Ort.

Wenn ihr nicht ganz unsportlich seid, ist die Sportstour der ideale Einstieg für Familien!
Buchung, Reservierung etc alles online, völlig problemlos!
Zum Abschluss etwas Wildwasserschwimmen einfach klasse!
Immer die Füße nach vorn! Nur etwas Schwimmen können, keine Angst vorm Wasser und los gehts!

So, the first 30 minutes are wild, but after that it gets a bit more smooth. The guids are fun. They do a lot of extras but it feels a bit expensive for the experience.

Good that sunscreen and wetsuits and water provided. We were moved from our initial team just after safety brief, then shunted again due to change in numbers part way through the trip which was disappointing. But the mad Dutchman was a great leader so was all good fun in the end. Got some good pics for the extra 25 Euro.

The water was a little bit to still, but the guide made it fun with "games" like - fall in the water and pull each other up in the boat.

Great Rafting with the Orange helmet guide

We had a great water rafting ever with the nicest guide. We did it in Aug and I cannot remember the guy's name but he said he is always with the orange helmet as there are 3 guys with the same name as his. He is an amazing guide and explained everything very well. He also let us swim in the middle of the trip and pulled us back to the raft. I would say that is a great compliment and pulling everyone back to the raft is tough job. I bet not all the guide offer to do so:) He is so much fun and my kids had a great time.
