Bahnhofstraße 6, 9781 Oberdrauburg, Österreich

Austria's rivers are famous. The Drau river has been used for centuries. First by the Romans, in between by wild adventurers and then by trade-worms. But those times are over. The Upper Drau river in Carinthia is now ours (yours) and you should make use of that. Now everyone can be their own river captain! Thanks to the flow speed of the water of approx. 10 kilometers per hour between Oberdrauburg and Spittal, paddling in our dinghies with little effort is well suited for the whole family and children. We only supply the route Oberdrauburg to Sachenburg/Spittal. A very nice section with a net driving time (without breaks) of max. 7 hours. Even shorter distances are selectable within this route. The boat transfer at the entrance in Oberdrauburg is from 9:30 to 10:00 o'clock (or Greifenburg at 10:30 to 11:00 o'clock), the return in Spittal from 16:00 to 17:00 o'clock. After the tour, you simply return the borrowed material - we'll take care of the rest! Please note that we do not carry passengers. Paddling on the Drau is feasible for everyone - assuming a little athletic predisposition. Of course, we will be happy to give you advise for the tour. There are limited parking spaces around the boat rental and we do not offer them. We recommend traveling by train as it stops close to our entrances and exits.
